About Us
Trish Barker, LHRM, CPC, OCS
is vice president and co-founder of RYTE CONSULTING. She has been providing strategic services to medical practices, physician networks and ambulatory surgery centers since 1990. Trish is a Licensed Healthcare Risk Manager and she is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) by the American Academy of Professional Coders. She has also obtained the Ophthalmic Coding Specialist (OCS) designation through the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
A frequent speaker, Trish has presented to physician groups, professional societies, and corporate audiences on such topics as Coding and Reimbursement, Risk Management in the Physician Office, Cultivating Referral Networks, Performance Improvement and its Effect on Team Building and Marketing Strategies for Tomorrow’s Physicians.
Yvonne Andujar-Santiago, C.O.T.
is a vice-president and co-founder of Ryte consulting. She is a technician, certified by The Joint Commission of Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology and has been actively involved in ophthalmology since 1986. Her past experience has included managing ophthalmology clinics, coordinating FDA-Clinical trials and over 16 years of educating clinical personnel.Her areas of expertise include:

- Educational seminars and workshops
Robin Naughton, OCS
is vice president and co-founder of RYTE CONSULTING. She is a coding specialist and an expert in medical billing for the medical office, anesthesia and ambulatory surgery centers.
She has been working with physicians, anesthesia providers and facilities since 1989. She has also worked as a claims adjuster in the insurance industry.
